Restorative Yoga for Sleep, Anxiety and Self Love, Melanie Watkins Yoga, Montag, 20. August 2018

Join me on Monday evenings for a 90 minute boutique restorative practice to promote restful sleep, calm overstimulated minds and encourage self care. Take a break from the chaos and start the week with a calm, positive and focused attitude.

During the class we will encourage deep relaxation and improve flexibility. The class also includes guided meditation, beautiful sounds, aromatherpay and massage.
The class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels and will be designed at a pace that suits you. Time for reflection, discussion, questions and yogi tea after class if desired.
