Want to take care of yourself at the end of the week and start your week-end in a good mood ?
A One hour Yoga class just for yourself at the beautiful studio Some Yoga :)
In this complete Hatha Yoga class, we’ll dive into meditation & pranayama, engage in asana and gentle flows, and earth ourselves in restorative Yoga. The intention is to access our true selves before the week-end.
The courses can be practiced by practitioners of all levels, and are particularly suitable for beginners.
Good to Know : • Classes in English (French on demand) • Please arrive 10 minutes before the class to prepare for your practice • Put on comfortable clothes • Turn off your phones when you arrive • Inform the teacher of any injuries or difficulties you may have • Always listen to your body and never force it. You will become more and more comfortable with the postures as you practice. • Mats, props & refreshments are provided
