Early morning Yoga, SIHLSPORTS AG, Dienstag, 18. Juni 2019

During this 60 minutes morning yoga class, we will first gently wake up the body and then continue to a more vigorous yet safe practice that will prepare you to meet your day energized, focused, and fully alive! The class will start with a balanced practice that opens up the body and brings energy and strength. Breath will give rhythm to all movements, keeping your mind focused and helping you turn inwards.
Early morning is the perfect time to practice Sun Salutations and standing poses, because they give you the energy, grounding, and strength to face whatever challenges might come up during your day.
This class will give you the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of a yoga practice throughout the whole day!
FAQ
- Please arrive on time for classes. Arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of the class so that you have time to prepare your space and we can start the class on time.
- If you are late for class, please wait outside until the meditation is done. I will then come and open the door so that you can join in.
- The studio provides mats and props.
- The classes are taught in english.
